When facing felony or misdemeanor charges, it is of the utmost importance to understand all your legal options. During my almost thirty years of practice, I have accumulated extensive expertise in criminal defense cases.

From case to case, circumstance differ greatly. I listen to my clients and work diligently to meet their specific needs, from arranging bond all the way to the end of trial as necessary.

                          KNOW YOUR OPTIONS

Depending on your personal situation, you may have a number of legal options. As an experienced lawyer I am aware which paths are available and which ones should be taken.

    First Time Offender Programs
Can be used to avoid convictions or jail time.

    Juvenile Matters
The severity of felony charges can vary greatly between juvenile
    and adult courts.

    Drug Charges
I fight aggressively for clients charged with possession and/or sale of
narcotics (cocaine, crack, marijuana, methamphetamines, heroin, LSD
    ecstasy and prescription drugs).

     Gun charges

When facing gun charges (owning an unregistered gun, illegally
discharging a firearm, possessing a gun in a motor vehicle, armed robbery
or being a felon on possession of a gun) it is important to know your
rights and have an advocate willing to fight for you.

    Violent Crime
If you have been accused of a violent crime (assault, domestic violence,
robbery, armed robbery, home invasion) you need an attorney who will
prepare an aggressive defense of these charges.

    White Collar Crime
If you have been accused of a crime such as embezzlement, fraud, tax
violations or other non-violent crime, I'll be there to help you every step
    of the way.
